The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) 41(1) and 38(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.11.2018. He further submits that in the instant case total 492 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from Scorpio vehicle. He further submits that the petitioner has no concern either with the Scorpio vehicle or with the liquor. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
