Petitioner is accused in connection with Trial No. 1728 of 2019 arising out of CII-32 of 2007 registered under Sections 47 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ill motive of the informant. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged illicit spirit. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12351 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Trial No. 1728 of 2019 arising out of CII-32 of 2007.
