12.08.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

The Petitioners seek bail in Sonbarsha P.S. Case No. 168 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

Considering that serious injury was caused on vital portion by the Petitioners, I am not inclined to grant bail to them. The prayer for bail is rejected. However, considering that the Petitioners have fair antecedents they may renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge provided their case is not bifurcated for the said purpose.
