No. 17670 of 2017, reported in 2018 (3) P.L.J.R. 1029.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is allowed and the respondent-University is directed to treat the husband of the petitioner as an absorbed employee and grant all the consequential benefits treating the husband of the petitioner as absorbed employee within a period of four months from today.
