Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of the learned Writ Court stands complied as the representation of the petitioner has been considered and his claim for compassionate appointment has been rejected by an order dated 17.04.2023 contained in Memo No. 390 issued by the District Compassionate Committee headed by the District Magistrate, Purnea. Patna High Court MJC No.1662 of 2018(3) dt.02-05-2023 2/2 submits that since the representation of the petitioner seeking compassionate appointment has been rejected.

As such, seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt application with liberty to challenge the order rejecting the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment in accordance with law.
