The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 304(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not a member of the family of the deceased and he accompanied the deceased for her treatment to Gorakhpur.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees
