This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24358 of 2021, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bonds by order dated 21.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24358 of 2021 is hereby extended by four weeks from today. 4.

Accordingly, the order dated 21.12.2021

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17717 of 2024(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24358 of 2021 is modified to the above extent.

This modification application is allowed with the modification as above.
