The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Name of the petitioner has surfaced during course of investigation. No incriminating / looted article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2020.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioner has got ten criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as criminal antecedent of petitioner, I am not inclined to
