JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 07.12.2016 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Jaynagar before the Collector, Madhubani, however, the same is not being disposed of.

In view of the short prayer made by the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Madhubani to dispose of the pending appeal, if not already disposed of, within a period of twelve weeks from today.
