The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 32 of 2013, G.R. No. 755 of 2013 registered under Sections 376(G), 498A and 494/34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report nor any allegation of rape against the petitioner. Only material against the petitioner that he is abetted or in group of other co-accused persons against whom allegation of rape was made. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 32 of 2013 G.R. No. 755 of 2013.
