ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 22-06-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that due to inadvertence section as mentioned in the F.I.R. i.e. Section 3(1) (r)(s) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 could not be added in Para '1' of the petition.
Let the permission is granted to add the said provision of law in Para '1' in course of the day.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Misc. Application with liberty to file the bail under Section 14(a) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
Liberty is hereby granted and limitation, if any, in filing the appeal is also exonerated.
