JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 375 of 2018 for offences under Sections 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that the allegation is basically against son-in-law of the petitioner and he has been roped in the present case because he is father-in-law of Prabhat Ranjan.

Considering the fact that there is no specific accusation of any crime committed by this petitioner, this Court

Let petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 375 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
