The petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the authority to cancel the auction process dated 13.02.2020 or alternatively to refund his earnest money. We dispose off the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation for refund of the earnest money before the respondent no. 4 within two weeks from today, who shall decide the same by way of a speaking order within two weeks thereafter.
