1. The Learned counsel for the petitioner reported to the Court that petitioner has died and he could not contact his legal heirs. However, the matter pertains to the year 2017 and there is also no information regarding the date of the petitioner's death. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed.

2. If at all, the cause of action survives, the legal heirs of the petitioner can come up with a restoration petition.
