The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 200 of 2019 (Special Case No. 237 of 2019) for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case there is recovery of bunch of key and no arms was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2019. Considering the fact that no arms was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like
