1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 447, 448, 379, 338, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that on 15.06.2024, at 01:00 p.m., the accused persons including the petitioner came variously armed and started abusing. On objection, Md. Saddam (petitioner) gave orders to assault on which the accused persons assaulted the informant causing fracture of jaw. Thereafter, petitioner and Md. Rizwan assaulted the daughter of the informant by bamboo causing injury on head

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that in the first part of the allegation, the informant alleges that it was on orders of this petitioner that the accused persons assaulted her causing injury on her jaw but later she alleges that this petitioner along with Md. Rizwan assaulted her daughter and even tried to strangulate her son. It is next submitted that petitioner is a differently abled person as would manifest from Annexure-2 to the anticipatory bail application and is having 40% locomotor disability.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the
