Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that on the basis of information furnished by spy of the police, the name of the petitioner surfaced in this case and later on, he was arrested and confessed his guilt, except the aforesaid material there appears to be nothing against him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge 5th Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S.Case No. 271 of 2010.
