Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The recovery of illegal arms from a car has led to arrest of the petitioner. He has denied and disputed the recovery therein and states that he has become victim of the circumstance. The Department, however, has proceeded against him by issuance of a charge memo dated 21.05.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted his response (Annexure-8) before the Enquiry Officer. The submission is that he would be requesting the Enquiry Officer not to proceed further with the enquiry till conclusion of the criminal trial. 4.

With liberty as submitted, writ application is dismissed.
