Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6680 of 2021(3) dt.25-07-2024 2/2 respondent no.9 within a period of two weeks and the respondent no.9 is well advised to pass a reasoned and speaking order, after hearing the petitioner or his counsel, keeping in view the order passed in CWJC No.2197 of 2018 dated 30.03.2018, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner.
