The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and 3 / 4 of the E.S. Act .

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is specific allegation of assault upon co-accused Imteyaz Khan, Sohel Khan, Shahid Raj and Prabhu Singh. So far the petitioner is concerned he has been named as member of the mob and one of the co-accused, namely, Habib Ansari has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 5.1.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 51875 of 2014.

No.48646 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Hadi Mian is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Mriganj P.S. Case No. 231/2014.
