The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 452/2019 registered for offence punishable under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner no. 1 is married nanad and petitioner no. 2 is husband of petitioner no. 1 and they are residing in another village and they at all had no concern with day to day affairs of the couple. They have falsely been implicated in the present case merely because they are close relative of the husband of the

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi (Patna) in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 452/2019, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey , J) Mahesh/- U T
