Though, the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.12.2020 passed in PDS License Appeal No. 194/2020 by the District Magistrate, Madhepura whereby and where under the appeal filed by the petitioner has

Patna High Court CWJC No.6678 of 2021 dt.07-12-2021 2/2 been rejected and the order cancelling the PDS licence of the petitioner bearing License No. 10/2010 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Udakishunganj, District Madhepura has been upheld, but realizing the fact that there is a remedy of filing representation/revision before the concerned Divisional Commissioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation/revision petition before the concerned Divisional Commissioner. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty and in case appropriate representation/revision petition is filed by the petitioner against the aforesaid order dated 22.12.2020, before the concerned Divisional Commissioner, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed off within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
