This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Raghopur P.S. Case No. 257 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and there is specific allegation against her of torture for demand of dowry.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. However, if the petitioner surrenders in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the Court below shall
