=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State and T. M. Bhagalpur University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. The sole grievance of the petitioner is that his pension be fixed treating him to be a Reader.

3. Learned counsel for the University submitted that she has served copy of the counter affidavit in November, 2017 on learned counsel for the petitioner in which the categorical stand is that his pensionory benefits have been fixed treating him to be a Reader.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13747 of 2017 dt.12-04-2018 2/2 No rejoinder to the same has been filed.

4. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to represent to the authorities, if there has been any error in any calculation with regard to payment of his pensionary benefits.

5. Learned counsel for the University does not oppose.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

7. If the petitioner makes a detailed representation before the Registrar of the University within four weeks from today, the same shall be looked into and verified from the official records. If it transpires that the contention of the petitioner is correct, appropriate order shall be passed within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation.
