Patna High Court LPA No.125 of 2017(4) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 and we are informed that now final hearing in the arbitration proceedings is also over and the matter is reserved for passing the final award. We find that no further indulgence into the matter is called for now as the arbitration proceedings have come to an end. Parties may ventilate their grievance afresh in accordance to law after the arbitration proceedings are concluded and the award is passed.
