2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 75, 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 12 of POCSO Act.

3. As per F.I.R., on 06.04.2025 at about 05:30 PM, the informant got telephonic information by his minor daughter that Golat Yadav staff of the old Bus Stand, Madhepura has misbehaved with her and caught her with bad intention. When victim and his friend tried to oppose him, this petitioner started assaulting and abusing them, due to which, victim sustained injury on her lips and neck. It is further alleged that Golat Yadav along with Mukesh Chaudhary and this petitioner were in drunken condition, and thereafter, misbehaved and injured the minor daughter of informant.
