2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 445 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of one mobile phone from the petitioner whereas one country made loaded pistol has been recovered from one Ranjeet Kumar.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 24.10.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Pupri at Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 445 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Nanpur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
