JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 Mr. Bipin Bihari Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the issue raised by the petitioner is covered by the decision of this court in C.W.J.C. No. 6139 of 2007 and 14670 of 2014. He has also drawn attention of this court to the order dated 31.1.2018 wherein this court has disposed of the writ petition with liberty to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18600 of 2017(3) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 petitioner to file representation before the respondent nos. 2 and 3 so that respondent nos. 2 and 3 may examine the claim of the petitioner on verification of relevant record and pass appropriate order. In this case also respondents may be directed to examine the claim of the petitioners and in the event the case of the petitioners is found similar to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 6139 of 2007 and C.W.J.C. No. 14670 of 2014 similar benefit should be extended to these petitioners also. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent nos. 2 and 3 who shall examine the record of this petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with decision of this court passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6139 of 2007 and C.W.J.C. No. 14670 of 2014 within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
