Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has been filed for quashing the order contained in Memo No. 819 dated 05.05.2018 passed by the District Programme Officer, Gaya, whereby and whereunder D.P.O, Gaya has cancelled the selection of the petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sevika. Further prayer has been made for directing the Respondent Authorities (D.P.O.) to hear a fresh application filed by the petitioner.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal is maintainable against the order passed by the D.P.O., Gaya.

4. Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has not challenged the said order before the Appellate Authority.

5. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal within 30 days from today.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.

7. Delay, if any, in filing the appeal is directed to be condoned.
