Let the defects be removed within four weeks after start of the physical Court.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor from a four wheeler. Petitioners were also there. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 20.12.2020.

Considering the facts of the case aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released, after framing of the charges so that the trial may not hamper, on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19308 of 2021(2) dt.16-08-2021 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Phulwariya Police Station Case No. 315 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
