Perused the report of Additional District & Sessions Judge-V, Gopalganj, wherein it has been mentioned that out of nine charge-sheeted witnesses six witnesses have been examined and only three witnesses are yet to be examined. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial not beyond three months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this case and take all possible steps for procurement of rest witnesses.
