2. The present application has been filed:
to quash the order dated 26.9.2017 issued vide letter No. 727 by Respondent No. 6 whereby he has order/agreement/work made settlement favour in order of respondent No. 7 for fishing from Phulwaria Reservoir situated at Rajauli Block of Nawada District while ignoring the claim of petitioner who also participated in open Bid being a Chairman
Patna High Court CWJC No.16283 of 2017(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 of Rajauli Block Fisherman self-supporting Co-operative Society Ltd. contrary to the direction of the Government that petitioner should be given to the society as petitioner is also displaced due to construction of Reservoir. Therefore settlement order may be issued in favour of petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
