The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not named in the first information report and has been subsequently implicated in this case only on the basis of the fact that deceased was seen in company with few persons including the petitioner. It is further submitted that no material could be collected during the course of investigation directly connecting the petitioner with the occurrence except that he along with coaccused Prakash Sao was seen with deceased on 30.11.2013 drinking wine with them. It is also submitted that the petitioner is

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Viren Yadav is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anil Kumar Thakur, J.M. 1st Class, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.200 of 2013.
