2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 467, 468, 471, 385, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitiones, variously armed, came and tried to take possession over the land of informant. It is further alleged that the accused persons also threatened informant, demanded Rs. 20 lacs, as Rangdari, and also took away wooden gate , cylinder, oven , wood of Sakhuwa from the field of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between one Parmatma Pandey and Sona
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9788 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 Devi, wife of co-accused Late Birendra Rai and both of them are claiming right, title and possession over the land in question , for which, a simple Maarpeet took place between the parties. There is case and counter case . Allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus.
5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R., and has got 3 criminal antecedent of similar nature .
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of petitioner, prayer for pre - arrest bail is hereby rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
