JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Srinagar Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 651 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the implication of the petitioner is on the basis of confession of another accused persons and his self confession.

There does not appear to be any recovery from the petitioner. Some of the other accused persons who were also arrested on suspicion have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court and such orders have

The petitioner is said to be in custody since 02.07.2019 and apart from this case, there is only one other case in which the petitioner has been made accused but that case also is for the offence under Section 379 I.P.C.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Srinagar Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 651 of 2018.
