1. The present petition has been filed for correcting the name of the husband of the petitioner, as is depicted in the details of petitioner no.7, mentioned in the cause title of the order dated 16.02.2018, passed in CWJC No.13435 of 2017.
2. It is the averments of the petitioner that the name of the husband of the petitioner herein (petitioner no.7 in CWJC No.13435 of 2017) has all through out been Ramanand Mandal and not Ramanand Lal Mandal and in proof threreof the requisite educational certificates have been annexed to the present petition.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the name of the husband of the petitioner herein, namely, Manorama Devi, as shown in the order dated 16.02.2018, shall be deemed to be read as Ramanand Mandal, subject to just exceptions.
4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
