The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mehandiganj P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is that a pistol was recovered from his possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2018 as such, he has remained in custody for approximately six months. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11123 of 2019(2) dt.25-02-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Mehandiganj P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018.
