JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH) 13-05-2022 This application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 21.12.2021 passed by the respondent State whereby the detention of the petitioner was extended for a further period of three months from 23.12.2021 to 23.03.2022.
