Petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor any looted article has been recovered from his conscious possession.

In course of investigation, it came to light that one call was made on cell pone from looted mobile and when call detail of cell phone was taken out, it was detected that holder of the aforesaid cell phone was in constant touch with the petitioner on his mobile and thereafter mobile of the petitioner was seized from his house. Apart from the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner who does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from para 3 of this petition.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
