2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pranpur (Roshna) P.S. Case No. 207 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, when the informant along with police personnel was on patrolling duty, a Honda Livo Motorcycle and two injured persons were seen lying on the road. On search, from possession of lying persons, one country-made pistol and a live cartridge were said to have been recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He has submitted further that no any arm or ammunition was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that paragraph nos. 7 to 11 of the case diary itself shows that one country made pistol, one live cartridge and a motorcycle have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, I do not think it to be a fit case for anticipatory bail, which is hereby rejected.
