The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Shahpur Patori Case No. 215 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15623 of 2023.

In compliance of the order dated 23.02.2024, a status report has been received dated 06.03.2024 by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of six months. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period of time positively as mentioned in its report failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
