Case No. 280 of 2013 registered under Sections-384, 385, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, both the abovesaid petitions are being disposed off by this common order. Taking into consideration that except confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 47848 of 2014, there appears to be nothing against these petitioners and having similar allegation, co-accused, Vijay Patel
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26594 of 2014 (3) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 has already been granted privilege of bail by another bench of this court, let petitioners named-above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 280 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate/Sri S.K. Mishra, J.M.-Ist Class/concerned court, Sikrahana, Motihari, East Champaran subject to condition that in the case of the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 26594 of 2014 one of the bailors should be local resident as well as public servant.
