It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner who is in jail custody since 4.4.2015 in a case registered under sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Chanan P.S. Case no. 101/2014.
