Petitioner is an accused in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273, 308 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.01.2020.
