Ten activan tablets are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but having more or less similar allegation one co-accused Vijay Kumar Sah has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
