Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

Petitioner has prayed for the following relief/s: "For direction to the respondents authorities not to proceed with the tender No.1367696 Latter No.-24 published on 04.01.18 without ascertaining the damages which is going to be caused by the proposed tender work by which gap of Embankment will be filled up and

Patna High Court CWJC No.11334 of 2018(2) dt.06-01-2020 2/3 drainage system of flood water will be damaged. For direction to the respondents to consult local villagers before taking steps under the tender work which is with relates to right B.K.G. Embankment situated at Bhojpur District and villager who residing within Ganga river and Embankment will be effected by the said tender work.

For direction to the respondent to hear and dispose of the representation and grievances of villagers regarding tender work and no any changes be made with exhisting B.K.G.

Embankment of Bhojpur District.

For direction to the respondents to take proper steps for rehabilitation or to take steps for solution of present villagers regarding effect of proposed tender work published on 04.01.18 and further ascertain the damages going to be caused by tender work.

For directing the respondent authorities to take proper steps regarding damages causing to people through tender No.13678696 letter No.24 published on 04.01.2018 (Annexure-1) because after filling the gap of Embankment a lakh of people will be affected during the flood as they are residing within the B.K.G. Embankment situated at Bhojpur District."

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
