2. The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:

"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or directions commanding the respondents to pay the retrial benefits viz. gratuity amount and due salary of 22 months to the petitioner and further be pleased to direct the respondent to pay the interest over due payment".

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to order dated 30.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11779 of 2016 in the case of Nag Narayan Singh vs. The Managing Director Multi State Co-operative Land Development Bank & Anr. It was submitted that the writ petition be disposed off

Patna High Court CWJC No.16245 of 2017 dt.12-01-2018 2/2 in similar terms.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents does not object.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off in terms of the aforesaid order dated 30.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11779 of 2016.
