Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 384, 354(B), 379, 504, 506 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I at Madhubani. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The State of Bihar reported in 2004 (3) PLJR 491.
