On query of the Court with respect to the agreement in question by which the shop was allotted to the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not have any copy of the license nor he was supplied the same by the petitioner.
In absence of the agreement, by which the petitioner was allotted the shop, it is difficult for this Court to adjudicate the same.
