2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 299 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Section 137(2) of the B.N.S. and further section 8 of the POCSO Act was added.

3. As per prosecution case, on being tortured by her husband and other family members, the victim entered into the relationship with the present petitioner and left her house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 24.10.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10008 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and also period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court of Addl. Session Judge-6-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Banka/concerned court in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 299 of 2024.
